Yeovil Town Ladies Announce Board Developments
Yeovil Town Ladies announce internal organisational changes ahead of the Winter Season
With the Youth Football Season having drawn to a close, your Yeovil Town Ladies Board is pleased to announce some internal organisational changes for next season. Ben Tupman, currently our Director of Football at Senior Level, has agreed to be responsible for all off-field football operations throughout the Club. This will enable there to be a consistent structure from our youngest team through to our first team in the FA WSL 1 and will ensure continuity of all our football operations. In further good news; Helen Bleazard will continue in her role of Youth and Community Officer moving forward. Commenting on the change, Ben Tupman said: "We know how important a female pathway and development structure is to the future of our Club and so I am fully committed to ensuring that we give ourselves the best possible chance to achieve that. I look forward to working with Helen and our team of coaches and seeing our teams flourish from grassroots to the senior section."
This change will also mean that our Finance Director, Mark Porter, is able to step aside from his former duties with the youth section of our Club and work more closely on commercial opportunities with our Commercial Manager, Stephanie d'Albiac Reay.
Commenting on the changes, Chairman Steve Allinson said: "As a Board we feel this internal reorganisation fits well with our vision to develop our own regional talent centre and gives us continuity in important areas of our Club. As always we are looking for opportunities to develop on and off the field and I am very grateful to both Ben and Mark for taking on their new roles."
